Renegade (UK)

Renegade has a long history in UK Hip Hop. He began popping, breaking and locking back in 1982 and started scratch DJing and producing in 1987. In the earlier part of his career, Renegade was DJing for UK lyricist Blade and his own group, Son of Noise, releasing various records and touring extensively. Renegade is one of the original members of the world renowned Scratch Perverts, considered one of the best scratch DJ collectives of their time. He is also currently a member of the Extended Players DJ collective.

Renegade has travelled all corners of the globe and played at all the top international b-boy events including Red Bull BC One, R16, Battle of the Year, Freestyle Session (US, Korea, Japan, Europe), B-Boy Summit, KOD China, Mighty 4 and IBE. With such a large wealth of experience and accolades, he is one of the most respected dance event DJs on the planet and the UK’s finest!

Skeme Richards (USA)

Hailing from Philadelphia, a city known for producing internationally known DJs such as Jazzy Jeff, Cash Money and King Brit, Skeme Richards has put in nearly 25 years of DJing and producing. Diggin and spinning everything from funk & soul, classics to hip hop, breaks and all things funky, he continually strives to seperate himself from the pack. Recently focusing heavily on the b-boy scene, Skeme has brought a new edge and sound by rocking more raw funk 45s than the traditional breaks. Since becoming a DJ for the world famous Rock Steady Crew, Skeme has had the opportunity to play jams and be heard across the globe. Not limiting himself to b-boy events only, he is also a first-class party DJ. Skeme has mastered the art of keeping dance floors packed by setting the tone early and reading his crowd properly. Skeme has recently spun at various events including the Rock Steady Crew anniversary, Mighty 4, Skill Methodz ten year anniversary, Ashes To Ashes and other clubs throughout the USA. He has also toured with female MC, Bahamadia. In addition to DJing, Skeme has been producing since the late 80s along with his partner, Fredy Blast to make up the team, Sesion31. The duo has worked with artists such as MF Doom, Bahamadia, DJ Cash Money, El Da Sensei and Steph Pockets who had both a number one single and album in Japan.

Mr Tee (Netherlands)

Mr Tee has been in love with music since a young age. He is a true master of his craft and provides original Funk & Hip Hop sounds at jams and parties all over Europe. Mr Tee is one of the founders of the world famous international B-Boy event ‘The Notorious IBE’ and is constantly bringing fresh inspiration to hip hop culture.

As well as hosting and DJing at IBE, Mr Tee has played at a wealth of top b-boy events including the Dutch B-Boy Championships, Total Call out, Nothing But Flavor, Style is a Message, Eurobattle, Quest of Gothenburg, World B-Boy Classic, Spin Off, The Octagon, Fluido Jam, Break Junkies and the UK B-Boy Championships. He is also co-host and DJ for the IBE 45 Live internet radio show. Mr Tee never fails to play the best beats – dancers and music lovers know what time it is when Mr Tee spins!

Jam Fu (UK)

DJ Jam Fu is a member of the ‘Down by Law’ collective and thrives on the unification of people through Hip Hop. His name “Jam F(or) U(nity)” represents this ethos and is at the core of his work.

One of the UK’s hottest new talents, DJ Jam Fu began his career on the turntables in 2008 and has never looked back. A b-boy himself, Jam was always looking for fresh new beats to dance to. This led him to learn how to cut and play records and embark upon his DJ career. Jam has an innate interest in funk and breaks and was naturally inspired by legends such as Kool Herc and Grandmaster Flash as well as the late James Leacy. He also has a passion for 90s hip hop so if you hear the heavy Boom Bap sound then you know Jam Fu is in town!

A young gun at just 21 years old, Jam has already built a strong reputation within the UK b-boy scene and is always on the money when it comes to getting dancers hyped in battles and ciphers. His talent and dedication have led him to play top gigs which include warming up for Akil the MC (Jurassic 5), DJ First Rate (Scratch Perverts) and GZA (Wu-Tang Clan). Other highlights of Jam’s career so far include spinning at the 2012 B-Boy Championships UK qualifier in London and being on the line-up to play at the upcoming TBB 37th Anniversary in the Bronx, NYC.
